I have the same hair as you, and I layered it
But since yours is already layered, go for side bangs, or possibly angle your hair. I'm thinking about cutting mine a tiny bit shorter
Definitely do NOT dye your hair, I've never touched my hair with any type of color and it's perfect :]
I can't post it but if you are brown haired get blond highlights, if you are blond get your tips at the end of your hair dyed brown with a haircut to your shoulders but it looks best with strait hair so I would get a straightener.
