HairCut Styles? Help Please?

Okay so i have ';some'; split ends'; because i straighten my hair. EVERYDAY.


i know that damages it.


but when i dont straighten it it looks absolutly HORRIBLE.


its like wavy.


i sometimes blowdry it straight but it gets frizzy.


I want to get a hair cut. but i dont want it like short.


my hair is a little past the shoulders.


I LOVE hayley williams hair.


but i dont know her hairstyle.


and even if i did i dont want to ';copy'; it.


so do you guys have any similiar hair cut styles??

you have split ends because you probably didn't use a hair protector x.x


use biosilk cause it protects ur hair from heat etc.


makes ur hair less ffrizzy and flattens it down like feather !!


take a cool shower and blow dry it cool too !


anything that is HEAT damages ur hair okk ?
