I want a new haircut/style, any websites with pictures?

I have long layered hair, but I just don't know what to do with it anymore, its so flat and straight! I want volume but don't know how to get it, curls never stay in and i can't even curl very well. i don't know which way to part it so it looks best and mostly i keep it up after a shower cuz i don't know what to do with it.
