Norleco sells good hair buzers. Thats the best you will get for the price. Perhaps big baba who operateson the subway could give you one for 5 with lice as a bonus

u should come to queens, the salons here are really chaep and the haircuts are the best. Librety avenure (t %26amp; r) hair salon, is really good place to get hair cuts.
The whining hair cutters will also expect a tip in addition, no matter how high and exorbitant the price.
Look around, however. I found a place in suburban Vegas a couple of weeks ago for $6 and it wasn't too bad. I gave a $2 tip and they were as happy as a lark.
