i know this maybe embarrassing for you but just take the picture into supercuts and say i want it like this and they should talk to you about it. Bringing in the picture would be best. The person doing the cut should talk to you about it and say if you don't think it looks right,
short, wispy, side sweeped curls, kinda layered, yeah
