Any idea's on cute haircut styles?

I have long beautiful dirty blond thick straight hair.


but i am getting sick of it. What hair styles would be nice?


usually when i cut my hair it doesnt fall into place like i want it to because it is long and then i regret ever cutting it. But i don't want to have the same hair style for the rest of my life!


and also should i put in a little bit lighter highlights? it is getting really dark since it is winter time.

i would say have a full fringe cut in, but a choppy, messy one. also, have more layers put in, but get them feathered, so that your hair falls with movement. don't get layers to frame your face.


with regards to the colour, thats a good idea, but dont have thick highlights put into your hair, go for smaller strands of your hair to be made blonder. A way to do this is with home kits, where you pull the small bits of hair throught the cap. not only is this effective, but its cheaper than the hairdressers :)
